Dexter Bernard Topps, the suspect in a Wednesday Fairview neighborhood shooting, appeared in court Thursday after Anchorage Police say he shot another man in the back.
According to charging documents, 49-year-old Topps was standing outside his home when a car driven by Aaron Fisher dropped off Rodney Brown at his nearby home.
The complaint says Topps asked Brown if Fisher was "with him", then asked what Fisher was looking at.
